When You Die

rocks

I cry

I cry…

The tears

The tears…

The tears

That never flowed

For my mother

My mother…

My mother

Who never healed;

The tears

The tears…

The tears

For my father

My father…

My father

Whose trance

Whose trance…

Whose trance

With death

Was never broken;

The tears

The tears…

The tears for

All the times

My voice

MY voice

Went hollow

In another’s ears.

Reflection:  Death is not a finality.  Life and death is everyday.
